Nothing syncs. Times data off. Watch and phone show completely different results. Data on website is only accessible through cards that show incomplete and missing information. Whole thing feels like it was programmed by a 4th grade into to computers glass made up of people that don't work out. Full Review

Huawei watch 2 The app rarely syncs and when it does, it's usually way off. I've tried all of the most common tips and tricks I've been able to find on the web but no dice. Reading through several other reviews it is possible that the watch is at fault. But as it syncs with several other apps that's doubtful. Too bad. Full Review

Easily gets confused and stops tracking correctly. Even when I enter data in manually, it comes out wrong. I tried changing a "walking" type activity to "treadmill walking", and since then, the data is borked. If I "remove" all activities for the day then try to add one, the time is simply not what I entered. Full Review

The app doesnt sync with google fit in an android wear correctly. The watch would show a number and the phone would have a different number of steps. Full Review

Good start but app is often slow to update. Not always consistent. Step count only accurate if worn on hip or if only walking normally with hands empty. With wear, Other activities such as putting on clothes, brushing teeth, typing, cleaning, carrying things throw count so far off as to be unusable. Full Review

I have a LG watch sport witch is supposed to be googles flagship watch so you'd think it would record proper data! Unfortunately google fit is useless, it tells me daily that I've taken at least 6 times the steps I've actually taken! What's the point? Really google...maybe let's put a little f****in effort into making this work properly! Full Review

The app can't sync correctly data from my smart watch (huawei watch 2),or read accurately watch fitness sensors. It cannot sync workouts correctly from another associated app (huwaei health). It does that occasionally and quite wrong. Honestly a big disappointment, I was expecting much more from a Google app this time. Full Review

I don't hate it, I simply dislike it. As a former Apple Watch user I find it horrific that this has syncing issues, also the calorie algorithm is completely off. Please Google, make this work because it makes me not want Android Wear since it doesn't sync nor work properly. It needs a massive overhaul with focus on the fitness side massively, that's one thing that makes the Apple Watch so successful. It works. Now, you can make this work. I don't want to go back to Apple, but the lack of Fit working properly is incredibly frustrating and makes me want to as I rely on calorie and fitness information for my needs. Please for the love of God, fix it. Change the calories to a better estimated number, and fix the syncing issues. You've got this Google. Full Review

Horrible- fragile. Stopped capturing miles and minutes. Only shows steps. Reinstalled multiple times. Not sure if it's pixel 2 or Google fit. Full Review

Easy to use and it syncs well with Google wear watch. The interface could improve, it looks lousy. Samsung health looks spectacular while Google fit is minimalistic. Full Review

This app simply doesn't work. Ive never left a review on anything before but this is so bad i want to stop others falling into the same expensive trap i did. I bought a andriod wear smartwatch, hw2, over other watches just for the google and google fit compatibility. Its meant to sync data from a smart watch with the phone but it never does. There's no way to force a sync, the activities are showing in the fit app on my watch, but most never sync with the phone, randomly the odd one will sync but the others don't. The step count is basically a random number generator. The app on the watch is good, it records heart rate, decent workout tracking for gym (running tracking again I'm sure is completely random, use Strava app) but generally records everything you would expect it to, the problem is it will NEVER sync off your watch onto the phone app. For such a big company and this app is the cornerstone for Google's smart watch and fitness tracking, it's a complete waste of time which for a Google powered smart watch make this app useless and the smart watch basically a very expensive hands free kit. I thought it was a neat app, so I installed it on my tablet as well, so I could check my progress. Unfortunately the data doesn't match up. I frequently either loose data or the app just changes it for me, usually incorrectly. What good is a fitness tracking app that doesn't track correctly? Why no option to count reps? Who keeps track of pushups by the amount of time it takes to do them? When the drill sergeant says drop and give me twenty, he doesn't mean twenty minutes of pushups. Full Review

Just like with LG Fitnessb had to take this app off my phone. I have an LG Stylo 3+, started at a goal of 8000, app would not track over 950 steps, thought it was just me not moving enough so I dropped the goal down to 1000 and was suddently getting 1500+ steps... It then started tracking my driving as 'bike rides' and hitting nearly 1200 steps even during days of extreme inactivity. Full Review

That actually fitness tracking is impossible because we all have different calorie needs than others. Some may need more than others. So Google, your just taking dumb guesses. And, yes this is all true. Full Review

Can't distinguish multi-modal activities: if I walk 5 mins to the train, then ride the train for 10 mins, it mostly records this as 15 mins walking. It's close to being great - and I really want a central aggregator for fitness data - but Google fit fails in lot's of little ways. Full Review

I have use Shealth as my pedometer for a few years and it's been quite accurate. I recently installed Google Fit for a step challenge and hate it. Thousands of steps don't get recorded at times and I've literally even seen steps disappear while I've had the app open. I typically love Google but this program is junk. Full Review
